Third Future Schools is a high-achieving and growing network of charter schools. The Academy of Advanced Learning in Aurora, CO is seeking a Third Grade Math Teacher to join our team.

About Our School

Our teachers help students improve academic proficiency and build habits of success. They create a safe and orderly learning environment for students who are assigned to their class and for all the students in the school. The teacher is supervised by the Principal and Assistant Principal.

Classroom Environment

Classroom Teachers receive great support. Lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, and student assignments and activities are provided to the teachers by expert curriculum developers. Teacher assistants make copies and grade papers for the teachers. Additionally, the teacher has minimal duties with only four days a month assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

The maximum salary for a teacher with three years of demonstrated achievement is $67,000. In addition to this compensation, we provide employee-only health, dental, and vision benefits.
