Key Responsibilities

• Develop tailored learning materials suited to the student’s maturity and skill level.
• Maintain regular communication regarding student progress with teachers, administration, and parents/guardians.
• Keep accurate records of activities for district and state audit compliance.

Requirements

• Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of SAFIS Chri (fingerprint-based) and CORI background checks per MGL Chapter 459 of the Acts of 2012.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
• Massachusetts DES license required.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to current content knowledge and instructional strategies.

Elementary Tutor (Williamstown Elementary Grade 4)

Position: Elementary Tutor (Wes Grade 4)

Schedule

• As outlined in child’s IEP; currently 2 hours per day / 10 hours per week.

Location

• Remote or in-person (to be determined).

Compensation

• An hourly rate will be determined commensurate with the successful applicant’s education, experience, and licensure status.
