Job Title: Maintenance Electronics Technician
Terms of Employment: 245 days
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid SC driver's license

Physical Requirements:
* Physically able to lift 75 pounds
* Able to bend, stoop, and climb ladders
* Able to work in adverse conditions including heat, cold, dust, and wet conditions

Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate fire marshall inspections with state fire marshall.
2. Conduct resolution walkthrough with key administration staff and maintenance staff for any/all violations noted.
3. Maintain/repair fire alarm systems.
4. Schedule fire alarm annual inspection and repair deficiencies as noted
5. Maintain/repair and install security systems.
6. Maintain/repair intercom systems.
7. Install/maintain/repair sound systems for football, baseball, softball fields and multi-purpose rooms.
8. Maintain/repair score boards for football, basketball, baseball, and softball fields.
9. Schedule fire sprinkler and fire pumps annual inspections and repair deficiencies as noted.
10. Maintain/repair/install bus camera systems.
11. Maintain/repair analog camera systems also adjust and move IP cameras
12. Maintain/repair access control system.
13. Repair computer outlets and installation of new outlets.
14. Maintain/repair/install phone lines for fax machines and dialer for fire alarm systems.
15. Install/maintain/repair security doors and fire doors.
16. Assist electricians as needed.
