Effective: 2026-2027 School Year Reports to: Post-Secondary Program Coordinator Salary: Hourly, as per the BOE-approved MCTS salary/wage guide for hourly and per diem employees. Terms of Employment: Part-time, as needed, as per the Post-Secondary Program calendar. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field;
• Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods;
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to connect real-world experience to the classroom and apply new code;
• Required proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
