The College and Career Academy at Pruden is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a part-time teaching position in the Adult and Continuing Education Program. The desired candidate should have experience teaching students of various levels, ages, and language backgrounds.

Primary duties include providing instruction in the areas of reading, writing, listening, and speaking, including formal grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation of spoken and written English. In addition to teaching specified content areas, the teacher will be required to create lesson plans, monitor and assess student progress, maintain data for attendance and other student-related information as requested.

Essential Duties

Administers (Best Plus Oral and Literacy) Assessments as Required

Write lesson plans
Evaluate and monitor student progress
Maintain records
