Job Title (for context): Ess Tutor -

Qualifications: - High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Reports to: - Principal

Job Goal: - Provides intensive academic and personal development assistance to assigned students.

Terms of Employment: - Maximum of 16 hours per week. Salary determined by number of college hours earned.

Evaluation: - Performance will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the district evaluation plan.

Performance Responsibilities: -
- Assists students in developing study skills.
- Works as a liaison between the student and teacher.
- Maintains tutorial records for individual students.
- Works to establish and maintain a positive rapport with students.
- Assists students with improving academic self-confidence.
- Assists in preparing the program evaluation.
- Serves as a positive role model for students.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
