Overview

Job Title: Pre School Special Education Teacher - Job Description: Pre school special education teacher for a sub separate classroom in the Milton Public Schools. This is a one year position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver specialized instruction based on students' developmental levels and IEP goals/objectives, utilize assistive and augmentative communication, and work collaboratively as part of a team to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Experience with discrete trial training and behavior support interventions is preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

• Training and overseeing classroom paraprofessionals,
• Maintaining compliance with mandated special education guidelines,
• Conducting annual review team meetings.
