Job Title - 4518 - District: Community Facilitator - --- - --- - Minimum Qualifications: Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent or his designee may deem appropriate. Job Goal: To provide outreach to students and families in need, Serving a vital role in district wrap-around services.
• A minimum of an Associate's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Possess significant knowledge of Taunton and surrounding resources that provide support across a broad spectrum of need, cultures, and languages.
• Possess knowledge of drop-out prevention strategies.
• Ability to build positive, trusting, and effective interpersonal relationships.
• Fluency in second language (preferred).
• Willingness to make home visits.
