Title: Classroom Monitor Reports to: Assigned Teacher(s) Evaluators: Elementary Principal Job Objective: This position provides assistance and supervision for children during daily classroom activities, lunch and/or assigned recesses to ensure a positive and safe environment. Minimum Qualifications: Meets all mandated health requirements (e.g., a negative tuberculosis test, ). A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school. Complies with drug-free workplace rules and board. Keeps current with technology and other workplace innovations that support job ability to interpret, apply, and communicate technical ability and commitment to keep current with innovations used by staff in the classroom(s).
