Job Title: Vocational, Child Care Center Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vocational, child care center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing childcare programs and a passion for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the center, including staff supervision and scheduling Develop and implement programs to promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agencies Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in childcare program management or a related field Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or equivalent Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to move freely throughout the center

Salary Range

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
