• Provide case management and support services for pregnant and parenting students.
• Review referrals and connect students with school and community resources.
• Facilitate support groups and educational programming.
• Coordinate maternity leave for new parents and help students overcome barriers to academic success.
• Collaborate with counselors, families, and community partners to coordinate services and determine eligibility for elective programming.
• Support student participation in the CCAPPs credit-bearing elective course.
• Engage in frequent ongoing communication with Elect Case Managers to provide academic, attendance, and other necessary updates.
• Focus on helping students remain engaged in school while achieving their educational, career, and parenting goals.
