Job Title: Building-Based Substitute Per Diem
Job Summary:
A building-based substitute provides classroom coverage when teachers or school staff are absent due to illness or other approved leave. This role helps ensure continuity of instruction and maintains a safe, structured learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:*
Following lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher
Managing student behavior
Supporting daily classroom routines
Taking attendance
Communicating with school staff as needed

Requirements:
Flexibility, reliability, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments while supporting the school’s educational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:**
Certified teacher preferred, but not required.
Experience working with school-aged children or in a classroom setting is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
