Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Basketball Coach to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement effective coaching strategies, foster a positive team culture, and help our players achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement coaching strategies to improve player performance and team success
• Foster a positive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, hard work, and teamwork
• Create and maintain a safe and supportive practice environment for players
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administrators to ensure a positive experience for all
• Assist in the development of game plans and strategies
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; coaching certification preferred
• Proven coaching experience at the high school or college level
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, including offense and defense
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to travel for away games and practices as needed
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
