Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be an educator at the ELc, the Complex, or in Grade 5.
• We are looking for a well-represented group of educators (classroom teachers, instructional coaches, reading specialists, special education teachers, EL teachers).

Reports To

Nate Meyers

General Duties

• AIP team members will meet to analyze EY data, define problems of practice, and craft the Sokolowski School AIP for SY23-24.
• The team will meet during the summer for 2-4 meetings of 2-3 hours each.
• These meetings will take place 5 meetings of 2 hours from July to August (exact dates not yet determined).

Compensation

Teachers will be paid at the contractual rate for work outside of the school day. This work will be done between July and August (6 hours per person).
