General Duties

• Review and analyze data from 2022-2023.
• Identify problems of practice and priority areas for improvement, focusing on narrowing and/or closing the achievement gap for all students.
• Set goals and measures of implementation to address priority areas.
• Create the Berkowitz School AIP for SY23-24.

Compensation

Teachers will be paid at the contractual rate for work outside of the school day. This work will be done between July-August (8-10 hours per person).
