After School Program Manager

About the Employer

Job Title: millis extended day group leaders (after school hours) -

Hours: 2:30 or 2:45 p.m. to 5:00, 5:30 or 6:00 p.m.

Availability: Candidates must be available 3-5 days/week.

Requirements:
* Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
* Preference will be given to those with prior experience working with children.
* Starting rate of pay depends on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
* Planning and facilitating play-based activities in the arts, sciences, physical fitness, building, theater, music, literature, cultural ventures, etc.
* Encouraging and engaging all children in both planning and participating in activities.
* Maintaining all safety protocols at all times, including keeping areas and supplies clean and tidy.
* Promoting all school and program safety and behavior protocols in a consistent manner at all times.
* Participating in activities with the children and encouraging them to participate in something new to them.
